Pico Performance has over 30 years of experience in designing individual sport specific training programs for all athletes regardless of age or skill level in a wide variety of athletic activities.
Pico Performance achieves its goal of training for maximum performance through the utilization of cutting edge functional and sports specific exercises. Pico Performance focuses on each individual athlete and their respective sport in order to obtain their maximum level of performance through individually designed programs. Pico Performance accomplishes this by combining strength, plyometric, core, balance, dynamic, and sport specific training into the individually designed programs.
Pico Performance specializes in performance training for a wide variety of sports and athletic activities with an emphasis on Mountain Biking (cross country, downhill, freeride), Wake Boarding, Snow Boarding, Alpine Skiing, Soccer, Basketball.
Pico Performance also offers athletic injury evaluations and rehabilitation for return to athletic activities.
